Roof and roll

When I decided to do some roof repairs on my industrial flat roof I called many companies. So, three of them came in and did their estimates on repairs needed. The Roof and Roll company impressed me with their frendlines, attention to details and professionalism when they came to look at the roof. They’ve pointed out real serious issues that other companies did not even consider and gave me various options to choose from. They’ve found different possible leak spots, other than the ones I knew of, just from investigating my roof while measuring it for a free estimate. They also took pictures and videos to prove their words.
In about two days I received an email with all written options that they provided for the roof repairs and related costs. Everything was priced down to a cent, which I was also very impressed with.

He explained in details all the options we can choose from, told us about advanteges and disadvantages of each, offered his suggestions about the materials and different techniques. He went above and beyond to find the most optimal solution in terms of quality/durability and which also meets our budget. His quote was upfront and there was no surprises regarding the cost in the end.
The Roof and Roll team arrived on time, everyone was very polite and professional. We were impressed with their work ethic and the end result wich was delivered on schedule. In addition, they left the area cleaner than they found it!

Roof and roll were very punctual and professional and delivered on all of their promises. Extremely quick, responsive and very efficient. The work was done in one day and the results were very good. No issues whatsoever. Courteous, thorough and highly professional at a rate far below the leading estimates I received from competitors. Also, the clean up after was very good and you could not really tell that they were even there once they left. I would recommend them if you need a residential roof replaced.

I had a great expirience with company Roof and roll. My old roof was leacking and water came to my house. Repair crew come at the same day when i called them and did an estimate for me. Price was fair so we procced. Whole roof replacemet were done in one day. I am very satisfied. More of that they gave me a warranty for 15 years.
