I had previous had another company come in to look at my Samsung range. I had turned on the self cleaning and it burnt out my touch screen. The previous tech told me (after 5 visits trying to figure out what was wrong) it was the computer and would cost 5/600. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. Advantage appliance was very quick to book me in. Robert was my tech. He was very personable and explanatory. Was mindful of Covid using a mask and was careful where he laid his tools and was clean. He had my stove up and running in no time flat!!! What a nice guy and the hero of the day in our house!!!

Kudos to Mark and Larry for the job well done. They’ve came to the rescue a day after phoning the company. They changed the (whirlpool) switches of my stovetop as it was burnt. They thoroughly checked everything before wrapping up.

i save a lot of money having advance appliance fix my dishwasher. a simple loss connection of the wiring that provide electricity to the unit came loss. after it was fixed my dishwasher is working like before.
