We just bought a brand new Panasonic microwave oven and we called Advance Appliance, Ltd to install it inside a cupboard unit for us.

The customer rep who took the call was courteous and she made the appointment for us immediately. Next day, the technician arrived on time. First, he used his tool to remove the old microwave from the cupboard unit. The microwave that we bought was too small to fit inside the cupboard unit. Then the technician had to cut a piece of wood to build a platform in order to elevate the microwave high enough to fit into the cupboard hole.
He was efficient and very knowledgeable of his work. Although it was a simple job, he made sure that everything was perfect before he left.
The technician also took the old microwave for disposal and cleaned up the area where he was working.
We are new in Edmonton and we experienced excellent service as such really means a lot to us. We highly recommend Advance Appliance, Ltd to anyone who needs their appliances to be serviced.

I chose Advance Appliance because of their 96% approval rating, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience! The source of our issue was our dryer which was not putting out hot air. The first technician changed the heating element assembly and the dryer worked properly for two and a half weeks before the old problem returned. Eventually we were able to get another two technicians to fix the problem, and a new sensor was installed. The dryer was able to generate hot air for three days until the old problem returned. I would definitely not recommend this company in the future when it comes to appliance repair!!!

Enrico was our technician. He completed the work quickly and carefully. He was polite and conscientious. Overall, very happy with the work.

We had Mark from Advance Appliances come by because our Maytag dishwasher wasnt draining right on the one-year warranty date. Mark was fast, efficient, found the issue (a clog where the original installer messed up), and fixed it super fast. He was super professional but also informative and funny. If they rest of the team is like Mark Ill be happy to go back to this company any time we need appliance work. Thanks Mark!
