The Cover Brothers

I bought a cover last year and almost immediately the inner liner began to sag. When I reached out to George he dismissed my concerns and found reason after reason to excuse the shoddy workmanship. He refused to come out to inspect the cover. He initially said that there was a chemical burn (??!?) that caused the sagging, and then blamed the amount of time that the jets were on. The tub has auto cycles for filtration and the water doesn't touch the cover (or at least it didn't before the cover began sagging so badly) and the liner shouldn't take on water anyway. George refused to take responsibility or remedy the problem, his solution was to sell me another cover at a slight discount. 100% not recommended!
