The Cover Brothers

I bought a cover last year and almost immediately the inner liner began to sag. When I reached out to George he dismissed my concerns and found reason after reason to excuse the shoddy workmanship. He refused to come out to inspect the cover. He initially said that there was a chemical burn (??!?) that caused the sagging, and then blamed the amount of time that the jets were on. The tub has auto cycles for filtration and the water doesn't touch the cover (or at least it didn't before the cover began sagging so badly) and the liner shouldn't take on water anyway. George refused to take responsibility or remedy the problem, his solution was to sell me another cover at a slight discount. 100% not recommended!

I would not recommend dealing with Cover Brothers. It took many months to receive our cover and it does not fit at all. The corners dont even round properly, though we were told they make Dream Maker tub cover on a daily basis. We were essentially told that it is our fault and that our path forward is to buy another cover from them. Follow up has been very frustrating, dealing with George who does not give helpful responses to questions and will not take responsibility for the error. Very poor customer service.

My cover looks fantastic I really love the ambassador charcoal Colour. I opted for the rush production and got my cover in 4 weeks. Its nice to see some Canadian made products sold in my neighbourhood.

Couldn't be happier with the cover we received. They were helpful with getting me the right sized cover as my tub is an older model. Old one was waterlogged and this new one is so much lighter. Highly recommend them. Thanks again brothers.

I ordered a spa cover from the cover brothers and I couldn't be happier. It arrived faster than any other company could match. The quality is great. I opted for a few styling options and it looks sharp. I will be a return customer for my pool solar bracket in the spring.

Just received my order and it fits perfectly. Delivery was much quicker than expected also. Only feedback would be it took longer than expected to measure everything before submitting my order. It was a completely custom cover and needed to contact them to ensure measurements were accurate. They were very helpful and walked me through the process.

Overall very satisfied just required measurements ahead of ordering.
