My Bosch dishwasher started making a strange noise and then stopped working. A repair man was sent within 24 hours (would have been earlier if I could accommodate). Zamir arrived, was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly. A part was ordered and he returned in less than 2 weeks with the part. My dishwasher runs like a dream now.

I had a huge issue with a dryer - the noise and strong vibration, wet soppy clothes. It took only an hour of their work (the guy named Zamir was fixing it) and now everything works fine. In addition, Zamir provided guidance on how to properly load the dryer. Thank you guys you are really helpful!

Zamir came to service our appliances and he was very helpful and worked hard to diagnose problem and find solution quickly. He also came at times convenient for us. The cost of parts are high but that has nothing to do with the company.

After 400$ spent for a defrost problem that wasn't a problem, the problem hasn't been fixed and we are back at square one, with no fridge and no reimbursement. Very angry at Max appliance atm
