ILS Electrical

I did various searches for an electrician to replace our old, rats-nest electrical panel. Made the first call to ILS. Ian responded right away and came over to do an assessment shortly thereafter. After meeting him and discussing the job, I didn’t look any further.

Ian worked with us on a mutually workable timeframe, and kept us informed on things as the work date approached. Ian and an associate put in a long day, but got it all done. It functions and looks way better than the old panel and wiring, and will fit in so much better with the renovations I’m planning for that room.

House is a combination of aluminum (1975 Construction) and copper (renovations) wiring. Breaker issue led to call to ILS Electrical. Ian responded promptly, came to the house, assessed the situation, provided quote and timing to complete pig-tailing repairs of aluminum wiring.
Ian was professional, courteous and thorough. Felt very comfortable in dealing with Ian and will absolutely call on ILS Electrical for any future
electrical needs.

I called 3 electricians and Ian called me shortly after I left him a message. The others never called me back. He came that afternoon to access the problem, ordered the equipment needed to replace the breaker box. He was professional, communicated openly and honestly the whole time as to what was required, what would be done and when. Very very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend him in fact I’ve told all my friends if they need an electrician he is the man to call. ILS Electrical is a very reliable company.

Ian was awesome. He was punctual, and communicated extremely well, even when he was sick and wasnt going to make it that day. He went above and beyond more than once, and taught me a bit as he worked. Super reasonable price and so easy to deal with. No compalints and i would definatly use him again. Ian came and did an electrical inspection on a heater in our garage that was installed by someone else. He passed it and charged nothing. Very professional and courteous. Very honest as well.
