Hired Joe and his crew to build a complete new fence for me. They are not a professional company. He and his sons and friend. Their website states, "client satisfaction our first priority" and "Quality has been our focus". Both statements could not be farther from the truth. Seemed very nice at first, long time family run business, until the job was completed. The fence was put together quickly and sloppy without attention to detail and good workmanship.
There were many problems, large gate not secured properly and not level, pin breaking through board., no handles on the gates from outside, cross rails not all same size, some not meeting fence posts, not enough nails to secure boards, boards coming loose and warping already etc. Poor quality wood used, fence posts already splitting all way down. Problems started in the first week.
I called immediately, was told to wait, a few times. Then no answers to many calls and texts and e mails. I have been waiting since April for problems to be corrected. No response. Very unprofessional and rude to treat customers in this manner. No way to run a business.
