DO NOT HIRE!! Very nice at the beginning but poor quality craftsmanship and used cheap materials. After completing the fence installation, they left all of the old panels and promised to come back to pick them up. We left multiple messages and they never came back. After 2 months, we received a fine from the City as a result. To this date, they do not return our calls. As one review noted, once they get paid you will never hear from them again... very true!

Terracon was hired by my parent's neighbour to replace fence. I did not want to use this company because of bad reviews, but went ahead to appease neighbour. They left all the dirt dug out from the post install, and even though they were paid to remove and dispose of old fence, they left it hidden behind the house. I did not see it until after I had paid them in full. It's been a full month of Joe ignoring my calls, emails, and text messages. Although he says he'll remove it, it hasn't' happened and doubt it will. Joe is unprofessional, unethical, and not to be trusted. DO NOT PAY UNTIL 100% of the job is complete, cause he's not coming back and he won't respond. Lastly, the job itself was poor workmanship by amateurs, and didn't even install a privacy gate as contracted and paid for.

Me and 4 other neighbors had new fences installed in our backyards. Removing the old fencing was difficult due to mature gardens, trees and a swimming pool. The TerraConPlus team did an amazing job. They work together like a well-oiled machine. Fence is beautiful and well constructed. Highly recommend this company for new or fence replacement. You won't be disappointed.

When it comes to reliability I would recommend this company, I gave a $500 deposit which I felt comfortable giving because the gentleman who came out and gave the quote assured me that it would be an easy process which it was. The best part about this was I did not have to pay until the project was fully completed. And I am glad that the fence turned out the wayIt did it is very nice.

When asked to write a review on our experience we had with terracon we had no hesitation to write one right away. They were professional, reasonable and most importantly the quality of wood they used was phenomenal.
