The foundation of this business is based on false promises and deception. What ever you saw on their website is false promises. Joe is the owner of this business. H is workers are not professional at their work. That makes them to do poor job. Do not give them deposit. You don't have access to them once they got your money. They promised me that they use premium wood for my fence but they use very low grade wood. Their workmanship is disaster. The pressure treated woods that they use has many nots or holes and crack that indicates they are low grade woods. They use peeler core pressure treated wood for the post. This type of wood does not observed chemicals well at the time of treatment as such they are more receptible to insects and bugs. They never tell you the truth. They supposed to use 2X6 wood for upper and lower of fence board but they mix 1x6 where ever they could . They charge $300 for the gate . Most of the gate the the made are not level (crooked). This business is not a member of better business bureau or association of professional contractor. They disappear once they got their money. They don't have office. They are not brick and mortar business as such tracking them is difficult but not impossible. They don't answer your call or emails. They keep low profile to avoid fine or law suit due to damage to property or unhappy customers. Do your own due diligence before you call them. The only way that they can change their behavior and respect their customers is to tip-off the people through the social media and word of mouth.
