An excellent experience!
Jakub and his crew lowered the basement floor of my 100 year old semi by about 18" and added a new front walkout stair. They also installed a steel frame (engineered by others) to remove an interior structural wall. The work included new floor drains, sewer backflow preventer, sump pump, and interior waterproofing. Jakub also coordinated with an in-floor heating installer before pouring the new concrete floor slab.
Jakub was at all times easy to reach and quick to respond. He provided a detailed cost breakdown with some optional extras (like the backflow valve) and there were no surprises with the final cost.
My general contractor (working on the overall house renovation of which this was a part) said Inside Guys did some of the best underpinning work he'd seen -- and I trust his judgement! In particular, he was impressed with the crew's professional attitude and care when it came to keeping the site and surroundings clean and orderly. He also said that they did a remarkably good job on the slab pour, which we are polishing and leaving exposed as the finished basement floor.
