I needed to have my garage painted. Kevin was punctual, friendly, and began the job right away. The job was thoroughly done to my satisfaction. My belongings were put back in the garage carefully and clean up was thorough. They even washed the floor in the garage which was a bonus. Thank you Kevin for doing a fantastic job.

biggest mistake I have ever made. was hiring Empire Remodeling to do my bathroom renovations. They were totally disorganized, condescending, disrespectful unreliable, never punctual and brought some workers into my home that did not know what they were doing and then had to bring others in to do the same job again a second time and third time. At one point they had men working on my upstairs bathroom and when they left for the day they took the vanity with them that was delivered to my home for installation upstairs. Then it got so bad that they were swearing in communications to my son. Their sub contractors continuously would phone me asking me to pay them because Empire would not. I hired Empire, I pay Empire, not them. Eventually both Empire and the sub contractors left and said they could not work anymore. My project started in November 2019 and is STILL not completed. Even if Empire offered to do a project for free I would not hire them again, they should not be in business because of the way they operate.

The basement had water damage and needed to be rebuilt. Kevin was enthusiastic and prepared to tackle the job. His team worked diligently and professionally. Work was done on time and on budget. He made every effort to keep me updated and satisfied with the progress. I really appreciated his work and effort. The end result looks great and I am confident it has been done right.
