After sourcing up to 6 different supplier/installers for a metal fence, I settled with Yurii and his team to replace my wooden fence with a metal one. There were two reasons why I chose to work with Yurii.
1 - Of the 6 quotes, Yurii's quote was in the top 3 in terms of value
2 - Upon meeting Yurii, I felt this was a contractor I could trust and work with.

I believe trust is king when it comes to hiring a contractor. You have to be able to work with the contractor, the contractor needs to be responsive and accepting of the many questions that might be asked (and I ask a lot of questions). The job needs to be well done and as a client, you have to feel that if there are any issues down the road, the contractor will stand behind the work. It's too early for me to have issues with the job/product but I think if that was to happen, I could count on Yurii to stand behind his work.
I plan to recommend Yurii and use him on future jobs
