Darren, owner of Daza Roofing Ltd., has alway taken time to provide sample to my clients and help answer any question the homeowner may have about his products, applications of material and installation of all roofing components.
On this most recent re-roof in Dalhousie NW Calgary, the roof had some major challenges. There was a bit rot on the plywood sheathing after exposing it. Darren and his team communicate well with us, and informed us of the situation and helped to fix the issues. There was also area of the roof that need replacing of new sheathing due to sagging plywood over the years. They were very careful in removing the damage sheets and replaced new sheets in order to maintain the strength and integrity of the aging roof. With their knowledge of current building practices and Codes, they are always impressing us with their enthusiasm to do a proper job and take the time to make things better.
