Our present home was constructed in 2011 and Victor completed the roofing. Victor recommended we cover the complete roof with ice and water shield because the roof included 12 roof dormers and multiple levels with extensive peaks and valleys.
He also installed two layers of torch (heat) applied membrane waterproofing to five roof terraces and one balcony. The waterproofing was carried up 10 to 12 inches for the vertical flashing against the outside walls. It's over ten years now and the roof still looks new.
Victor replaced the roof on our previous residence and base on his performance and quality of work we used him on our new build.

As I noticed before, if gen.con. would listen before what i was telling him, you would not have the problems that you were dealing with for the last years and could save tons of money ....
