Very satisfied with Seyed's fixes and expertise. He replaced the toilet shut-off valve and tightened the sink faucet. He also adjusted a previously installed flapper and now flushes no longer sound like Niagara Falls! He offered advice about keeping an eye on some parts which are beginning to degrade - will certainly use this company when the time comes to replace them.
Only taking one point off because company did not call to let me know they would be taking much longer to show up.
