Using Tenon was a very positive experience. He listened to what we wanted and was very professional. We knew all costs going in and reviewed any extras as they came up. He was also very fast - our whole reno only took a couple weeks. He did a great job. A year+ later and we are still very happy with the quality.

We have used Devender and Tenon Properties a couple times before. Once for our Primary ensuite and the other for a floor in our dining room. It was time now to reno our kids washroom and we didn't need to think about who to use this time. The quote was easily understood and I a told what price range was in the quote when I went to look at tile and plumbing hardware. Communication was always prompt and explained at every step.
When it comes time for the kitchen we know who to call.
