Marat provided a complete solution for our home renovation and even sourced trusted professionals for areas beyond the agreed scope of work such as the architect and landscapers. He supervised work on a daily basis which was refreshing as most general contractors devote limited time to on-site supervision. His team completed the project on time and on budget. The result was a bespoke home that surpassed our expectations.

Marat and his crew at Unica Homes did two additions on our home. One addition was done in 2010 and that was at the rear of the home onthe main floor. It was a kitchen addition with a basement bedroom below. The other addition was a second floor master bedroom addition that was completed in 2017. All work was completed on time on very close to on budget. The work passed all city of Toronto inspections. We are very happy with all the work completed by Marat and his company Unica Homes.
