Don't bother with these guys for AC

They replaced my AC and air handler in my unit and after was told it wouldn't work with my nest. The technician told me they are aware of issues with the units they are using in my townhouse complex using the Nest but the sales guy obviously just wanted the sale (he saw I had a Nest before the sale)

Joseph's response to me today was don't worry, it won't impact your heating in the Winter, it's only a problem in the summer when you use your AC. Call Nest to get help.

So I was sold a product knowing it wouldn't work with my thermostat, then tells me to call Nest after they are gone and paid up.

Unreal.

June 01, 2021 update:
Yes, the Air Conditioner still does not work. After all the visits since the install in 2019, all the claims that it could be my Nest, having me purchase a new Nest. A technician concluded the problem is the compressor. A brand new AC was installed and the compressor doesn't work. I'm on summer number # 2 with no AC. By the way, even after the problem has ben determined to be a bad compressor, I still haven't received anything about fixing it or replacing it.

This company is a complete joke.

They still haven't fixed my AC. I paid to have my working AC replaced with a new AC that doesn't cool my home.
