My post is eerily similar to others. My relationship with Edgar started off with him being late but I liked what he proposed so we went with him. The first round of renovations went well so we had him back, a few times. But the more work we gave him the worse the relationship got. After awhile, he ghosts you, literally for weeks at a time. He hates any kind of feedback. While he promises a warranty, good luck with that. I have been chasing him for 9 months. I have now retained counsel to pursue him. He constantly throws his employees under the bus. He complains about his customers to me. Like another review, I had to hire another company to do warranty work as he simply would not show up. Then he only partially reimbursed me. Sound familiar??? I truly wish I could recommend him but he is now doing the same thing to my sister. Constantly ghosting her. Constant excuses fir not showing up. Constant big talking. Remember, I paid him well over six figures. The current warranty work is where he charged me $4700 and then provided a $3000 job - Edgars words. So if you think this has been a good experience, go ahead and hire him.
