Breaker tripped and could not be reset

One breaker tripped and would not reset.
Breaker was replaced and cause of the problem determined.
Rocco the owner took the time to explain so that I understood why this happened.
Pedro the electrician was knowledgeable and polite.
They also replaced two loose electrical boxes.
Would highly recommend this company.
