Our ~10 year old built-in oven stopped heating up a couple months ago and I called multiple other service companies. Each time I went through the same drill of describing my problem, model #, etc - only to have the repair guy decline to even come look at it. The reason was always some combination of "can't get the parts" and/or "too busy". I resigned myself to buying a whole new unit, but thought I would try one last company and I am so LUCKY it talked to Evgeny!
Evgeny responded to my email within an hour and asked a couple very astute questions that helped him diagnose the likely problem over the phone. He sourced the suspected part proactively (and called me first to confirm I was ok with the price), then arrived the next day exactly when he said he would. This is worth highlighting - he took the time and effort to buy the part in advance hoping it would fix my problem, knowing full well he could be wrong and would have to return it and make another trip. This level of care and service is so hard to find! Evgeny had my oven working again in less than 20 minutes and literally saved me >$4K if I had to replace it (which also would have tossed away the attached and working microwave).
This isn't even the end! He finished up so quickly I asked if he could take a look at my dripping dishawasher. Months earlier another repair company (that I won't mention, but shockingly had high reviews on this site) had looked at it and declared the parts were impossible to get right now. Evgeny went into his van and came back with the exact part I needed and fixed it as well.

I called 911 Appliance Repair Services as our dishwasher wasn't draining. They were able to come to our house the next day. We were given a heads up when they were going to arrive and showed up as planned. Repairman was very friendly and fixed our dishwasher. I'm very happy that everything is working great in less than 24 hours from noticing the problem! Highly recommend.

I found Evgeny thru HomeStars. My washer had a torn door bellow, was leaking and needed a replacement. Since this is a condo, work space is limited and full size dryer was on top of the washer. Not an easy job! Once I found the necessary part (boy - that is not easy - global supply chain issues to blame), Evgeny came next day as he promised and changed the gasket within an hour without the need of removing the dryer. Perfect job! He even fixed my dishwasher's anchors to the cabinet - not wobbly anymore. I hope I never need any other service in future but if I do, Evgeny is the one to call! Such service quality is much appreciated.

I highly recommend Evgeny. The gasket needed to be replaced and I called around for quotes. Evgeny was reasonable and accessible. I called him and he picked up the phone! I texted him the pictures and he called me back with a quote within 15 minutes. Parts ordered the same day and he came the next day. He would answer ALL of the my questions and ensured I understood it. He explained the entire process, what to do and what not to do so I can as much life out of my washing machine as possible. Evgeny was recommended to my by my partner as someone who could easily figure out why my dishwasher was leaking. It turned out to be be relatively simple, a busted hose and some missing bracket to keep the machine from shifting. Evgeny had to special order the part which means I had to wait a bit, but I was cool with that. He was excellent with communication, was very punctual, and was a total pro. He wore booties over his boots and he offered to take away any refuse after. I would call him back for certain if I need help again. Yes he may be a wee bit pricey, but I will gladly pay the money for excellent service and a trustworthy technician.
