I hired Paul for duct and dryer vent cleaning. He came by and looked at my ducts and furnace and told me I did not need any duct cleaning, walked me around the house and told me the simple steps I needed to do to maintain the ducts and dryer vent. What honesty! I have used Duct Cleaning Specialist for many years (in my previous home) and they have always always been honest, did great work and trustworthy. I am so glad to see none of that has changed! I would highly recommend Duct Specialist to anyone who is looking to clean their ducts and breathe easier in their home.

I highly recommend Evgeny. The gasket needed to be replaced and I called around for quotes. Evgeny was reasonable and accessible. I called him and he picked up the phone! I texted him the pictures and he called me back with a quote within 15 minutes. Parts ordered the same day and he came the next day. He would answer ALL of the my questions and ensured I understood it. He explained the entire process, what to do and what not to do so I can as much life out of my washing machine as possible. No upsell, just straight up no nonsense get the job done. He will now be my go to for any appliance needs and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Excellent. Len stopped by and gave a quote, it was reasonable for everything we wanted done. Greg and his crew came on time and worked throughout the day to remove, replace and seal the grout and clean the entire glass shower. Greg also evened out the floor of our shower as our contractor didn't do a great job. The result was immaculate and beautiful. I love my shower now! After the work was done, we found some holes on some of the grout (pin size), and Greg returned without hesitation to fix it. A second further visit was warranted (again, pin sizes) that was overlooked by both of us and his team came within a couple of weeks (the shower was good to use during that time). After work service was excellent. It's been two months since Greg did the work and our shower still looks brand new. I would not hesitate to call this company again for all my grout work, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great work and service.

I am a returning client, that pretty much explains it. I've used them before, used them last month and will use them again in 5 years. They are professional, clean and most important, do not sell or overcharge their service. They reviewed my ducts and made assessments on the spot and discussed everything with me. Highly recommend their services.

Our furnace brokedown in early March and Adam at Cosmopolitan arranged for Mike to come to our house the very next day. Thank goodness they did as the next few days after that was pretty chilly. Mike quickly assessed the problem and the very same day, they were able to install the furnace. Found the AC to be leaking and replaced that as well. The quotes were reasonable, they did not try to up sell us, only provided the products that suits our needs. They were here past 9 p.m. to have everything done and did not leave behind a mess. Would recommend.

Lou'ay was our point of contact and he answered all our questions truthfully, did not try to sell us more services and did everything we asked for and more! We could not be more happy with the finished product of the interlock and lawn, it was great to be able to have friends and family over with absolute pride. We have already referred him to our friend Jason, who has also written a review. I will definitely refer Burl-Oak to anyone else looking into landscaping their yard.

Jason took the time to explain everything to us. My husband was impressed by their professionalism, and they offered great solutions. I noticed that my 2nd floor is not as warm as it used to be since the insulation. Love their warranty! Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for attic insulation.
