Alex and his partners did an amazing job!!! I’m so happy with the final product. We had gotten quotes from other companies as well and by far liked the products offered by Shade Mates as well as how easy they were to deal with. They were not pushy and didn’t try to force the sale. They also made suggestions that made sense even if it meant us not buying blinds for a particular window/door from them and using a different product. We had a concern with our front doors because we wanted light to come in but also didn’t want the blinds flapping, Alex and his team were able to give us suggestions on how to make the blinds stay in position and then proceeded to make it happen for us which was amazing because no other company had a suggestion for this issue we had. We also have high windows and did not want to have to use a ladder to position the blinds each day. Alex recommended solar panels and motors which he told us right away and others took time to think of a solution.
Overall we’re extremely happy with Shade Mates and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!! If you want reliable, fast responding and good quality products, they are perfect!
