The saga with the company is now over a year long. Initially came and recommended we replace a furnace in the process ruined the in-floor heating which now doesn’t work and they still can’t figure out what they’ve done to ruin it. Replaced thermostats now the air conditioning doesn’t work. Have called many times said they would come and never show up. Do not call to to let me know they are not coming so I end up sitting and waiting for them to show up 3 times each time no call and no show.
Once tech came to get a report left without saying anything had to chase them for an answer which I still did not get.
At this rate may be going to small claims court.
Have never experienced such lack of professionalism nor expertise. Try another company can’t be any worse
