Would like to leave my negative feedback about some of the workers from budget blinds . First of all, they promise you suitable for you time ( close to anytime as long as it works for you ) to take a full payment upfront . Secondly, when the time will come for installation, suddenly everything is changing and workers suggesting you to pay installers overtime salary because their working suddenly changing to short working hours which is 3 pm and its basically saying doesnt work for you . Or the other option that we were suggested not to see your blinds at all . What a wonderful costumer service . Or you as one girl said from costumer service that I can get my blinds dropped off on my door step which is not really making sense without installation.
The owner of the company never answering an email and doesnt care about this situation at all . Of course why they should care if for ordering they asking full payment in advance . So a conclusion no money, no blinds .
Would never recommend it to anyone unless you dint have enough stress in your life .
