We live in a relatively new house that had some water damage from unknown, exterior source. After inquiries with at least a dozen uninterested contractors, found Monarchy and Ervis through HomeStars. From the initial inquiry with Ervis to his project estimating, and performing necessary repairs, Ervis and his team were trustworthy, responsible and professional. Our project was very finicky and required significant inspection and investigation before any project estimate or repair could be performed. Ervis got to the bottom/source of water entering our home and provided detailed explanation of the damage he found & what would be required to repair it. His project estimate cost was exactly what he charged for completing the project. Ervis and his team were conscientious about their work & clean-up every day. They are traditional "craftsman" in the best sense. Final work product is excellent with hardwood, paint and necessary repairs. Ervis & team, we are grateful to you for giving us peace of mind in our home once again.
