Needed a massive (60”) stove, backplate, and good weighing over 500lbs to be moved, during the pandemic, from a warehouse to my home. Customer service was immediate and super helpful and booked the move within a day. Communication was constant and pick up and delivery on time. The guys were courteous and very sensitive to staying protected throughout with masks and gloves and distancing. The quote was actually reduced because they used fewer guys. I would definitely use Palmerston again!

We hired the Palmerston team for a customer delivery of heavy, expensive and fragile dental equipment in logistically complex circumstances. Their professionalism and expertise were top notch. We will definitely work with them again.

The movers came to my house, then to my friends house and finally to my apartment. They moved everything very quickly and with no damage to my property. I was very satisfied with this service.

I needed movers to relocate furniture for a party. They were flexible accommodating and always on top of communicating. The staff that came were extremely polite, respectful of the home and happy to be there. What a memorable experience.

We were absolutely blown away by the service we received on large scale move out of province. We were so pleased with the amount of communication received throughout the process and when the drivers arrived to the final destination, after a long seven hour drive, they were cheery, helpful, fast moving, and unloaded the entire truck in no time. They were incredibly helpful in helping us unpack our furniture, remove absolutely all the packing materials, and helped us put together some quite complicated pieces without even one ounce of complaint. We would recommend Palmerston without hesitation, they were truly a delight to work with.
