Asked that the grout lines be thin , they are not. Tiles were not aligned on one wall with the other si had to be redone. Ended up having to use a lot more tiles. Cost was higher than original quote.

They quoted and agreed to install our tile floor and backsplash later on. Nic asked us to sign a contract for the work, now they won't honour it. Floor went in okay but they left us hanging on the backsplash. They advised they were too busy and we needed to wait 3 weeks. We did so, now no response to over 10 texts, calls etc. Was first impressed with this father and son team, now, shame on them for not living up to their agreement. Do not use, unreliable. We now have to hire another contractor at much higher cost to us.

Nick and his father Alex has renovated our old floor. They ripped out the old ones and installed 24x24 tile through out the main floor with cement board underlayment .

When they came to take a look at the leak, it was an LG specific part. They let me look at my options when it came to fixing it and offered to install the replacement part for the same price that they quoted me, even though they had to make two trips out. The dishwasher runs good as new and they were very reasonable.

Nick and his father from HQ Renovations did a great job on my bedroom floor showed up on time stay late to Finnish the job they had to more work the for was in rough shape they came up with a plan to not charge me too much more and stayed on budget

From start to finish, Nick and his crew did an amazing job! They kept in touch with us during the entire project and put us at ease every step of the way. Our floors look great and we have Nick to thank for that!!

I’m really enjoying my new floors in the kitchen, foyer and washrooms which were installed by Nick and his dad. I used the click vinyl. They have done a fabulous job and paid attention to details. Also they did the backsplash and it looks awesome.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to install new floors or backsplash.

It was an amazing work done by Nick and his father. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. All the pieces of the puzzle were brought together in such a way that at the end it looks awesome. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work and strongly recommend them.

We had a fairly large guest bathroom renovated. HQ turned it from an ugly beige nightmare to a beautiful and bright oasis. They were able to do it all, from plumbing to the electrical and all the finishes as well including tiles. I am loving the bathroom and I can't wait to do more work with them.
