Solid technicians. Ordered two parts which took about a week to receive. Came and quickly replaced and fixed the issue. Sam and team were very professional.

Max was very efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine leaking during the cycle, and said we would need to replace the drain hose. The store was not open on the weekend so he said he would get the part and come back on Tuesday to do the replacement. The company was very quick to send us a quote and arrange the service visit on Tuesday, and now our washer is working well with no issues!

The gentleman who came to fix my dryer was on time, helpful, incredibly kind and quite fast. He figured out what was wrong, gave me a quote for the part and the labour, and then fixed the dryer and cleaned the areas all around it to ensure that it will continue to work for years to come :)

My tenant complained about washer not draining water. Maydone has turned around very quickly to come in, diagnose and quote on a part and the job. Once I approved, they have promptly ordered a part, arranged for a visit with me and tenant and fixed it. There was a follow-up from the tenant, they also responded very quickly and ensured everything was working correctly. All this during Christmas holidays. Stellar work!

He did the service call on my fridge and saved me and a land fill, by fixing my fridge and I was so impressed with no hidden expenses. He came on time, was professional and was honest.
