Oven element on bottom of oven

I used Maydone based on the other past reviews and was so happy with the service I received. Mohamed came out quickly to diagnose the issue, ordered the part and came back to replace the bottom oven element. Mohamed was so polite and explained what the problem was and showed me where the element had broke in half. Thank you for great service.
