My dishwasher wasn't emptying . I called Maydone and talked to Igor who said he would send a technician. He arrived right at the scheduled time, tried to see if the problem was fixable but it would cost over $600 for parts. I decided it would be better to buy a new one than repair a 5 year old machine.
I would highly recommend Maydone for their speed in coming to my house but also for their honest appraisal. If you have an appliance problem don't hesitate to call them.
