I have a strapped through fastened metal roof that was installed by a separate company last fall that was not installed with snow breaks. After many unsuccessful attempts to contact the installation company, I subsequently contacted Tony with Canadian Roof Specialist to arrange for installation of snow breaks on my existing roof. Tony was very professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain the process that would be required. Within 2 weeks, Tony and his crew attended my house and installed the snow breaks. While doing so, they noticed several deficiencies with my existing metal roof and repaired them. I am very happy with the services that Tony and his crew provided.
For people considering to install a new metal roof, I would highly recommend the direct to deck metal roof that Tony installs as opposed to the strapped through fastened roof that I currently have. My type of metal roof attracts birds to nest under the metal caps---very annoying.

I am sorry you had to experience some of the industry installers and inferior products that give the rest of us a bad name.
