When I called Duct Cleaning Masters, Neha answered my call. She was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. When Neha booked the appt, she explained what to expect.
On the day of the cleaning, Rohan and Bhumesh arrived, both wearing masks and taking their shoes off. They were easy going, and explained what to expect.
After looking at everything thoroughly, Rohan made some suggestions on additional other areas to consider. He was in no way pushy, and was completely fine if I did not add anythign; but I did.
I wanted my dryer vent cleaned. Rohan asked why, so I explained that I was aware this was top 5 in house fires, and they had been done in the 5 years I lived in this home.
Not only did they clean my vents and sanitize them, they changed my furnace filter (incl), They actually cleaned from the back of the dryer and inside vent, through the pipe to outside. What a nice job they did.
A couple of days later, I happen to be standing over a vent while the air conditioning was and i could smell the freshness in the air. What an amazing difference.
These guys were Awesome, and I would definitely recommend them. They were courteous, and very detailed when explaining how the furnace works. They took before and after pictures (shown below) and listened to all my questions and answered.
