Had a great experience working with Brad. Brad and his team absolutely transformed our 1970's bungalow. This was a huge undertaking, not without it's challenges. The project included removing a load bearing wall, cutting down walls, adding an entirely new kitchen, and extension for a mud room, new flat ceiling, flooring, doors and paint. Brad was open to our ideas and helped to make our visions for the renovation happen. Respectful of our budget he was very transparent in his billing. He and his team worked to complete the project within a reasonable time considering the challenges and changes to the project along the way. He was always very quick to respond to questions and flexible with meeting on-site to discuss progress, changes and always communicating to keep us up to date.
