Brad from Mountain view and framing was awesome! If you are looking for a trust worthy and fairly priced contractor- hes your guy! Not only does our new Reno look amazing but Brad is very approachable and does great quality work. I cant say enough how much I liked working with him.

Brad helped us turn our master bath vision into reality. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Any project delays were around material supply chain issues and outside of brads control. They were also communicated clearly and proactively.
The end result is very high quality and we are very much enjoying the new bathroom and amenities.

Had a great experience working with Brad. Brad and his team absolutely transformed our 1970's bungalow. This was a huge undertaking, not without it's challenges. The project included removing a load bearing wall, cutting down walls, adding an entirely new kitchen, and extension for a mud room, new flat ceiling, flooring, doors and paint. Brad was open to our ideas and helped to make our visions for the renovation happen. Respectful of our budget he was very transparent in his billing. He and his team worked to complete the project within a reasonable time considering the challenges and changes to the project along the way. He was always very quick to respond to questions and flexible with meeting on-site to discuss progress, changes and always communicating to keep us up to date. We would be happy to recommend him to friends/family and would not hesitate to use on future projects. Thank you for this amazing transformation.

Brad did a great job building a new fence on our property. We live in an area of the city that has giant rocks underneath the surface, so we can appreciate the extra effort involved digging the posts for this fence. He provided a fair quote and completed the work within his estimated timeline. He responded quickly in all of our communication and is such a friendly guy! It's an extremely well built fence and should last us decades. Would highly recommend!

This was our second major renovation with Mountain View. Always a pleasure working with Brad and his crew. Easy-going, flexible and dedicated, I would recommend Mountain View to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for their next project!

They gave me a quote for home addition and collected $1,288 for development permit. After the permit was approved by the city, they gave me another quote with price increase, I approved it. They said work will begin in April 2021. I secured financing, paid bank charges. They came later with another increased quote. I said that that wasn't the amount we agreed on. They said they will revise it and get back to me but they never got back to me. I texted them by June 2021 to know when the project will commence. They said the won't proceed with the project any more. This was so disappointing to me because they made me to spend $1,288 on development permit, $275 to revised architect drawings and lot of bank charges on financing which I am still paying to me bank.
