The Boiler Shoppe

We've tried multiple times to tell The Boiler Shoppe that the heat pump they installed is excessively loud (keeping us up at night). But they don't seem to believe us. The cooling function is whisper quiet, but the heating function makes a loud buzzing noise. It sounds like a plane is circling overhead. The company refuses to help us after we paid for the $18,000 unit. We will have to hire another company to fix the issue.
