I had my 6 windows replaced by Nordik and none of them close properly. The installers gave me a can of jig-a-loo spray and told me to spray it so I can close them. Every window was capped using thin made in China aluminum where you can feel the cold breeze coming in on a windy day.
The windows were all measured much too small where I lost lots of light coming in the house. I also noticed the caulking cracking in some places which I fixed myself so the water doesnt come in. The subcontractor also admitted that the company uses cheapest material like MDF casing and MDF jambs which are hidden by plastic. None of the subcontractors are window WISE trained they just put four screws without even using the level. This company is out there just for your hard earned money and nothing else, salesman promise everything but nothing gets delivered. All I can say is STAY AWAY.
