Peter, our sales rep was so professional and knowledgeable about their product, didn't push replacements on you if you didn't need or not in your budget, he understood and listened to what we wanted. He offered suggestions and we couldn't be happier!
Annette in the office was fantastic! Very quick to respond to my emails, helped us in every way! So friendly, so professional!
Then our installation team of Zoran and another gentleman. They were so professional, courteous, so polite and worked together so well! I was home during the installation and observed how well those two worked together. I had to tell them to take a lunch break! for which they ate a sandwich and got back at work! No lazing around for those two! Excellent workers!!!
They cleaned up everything afterward, not a scrap of anything left on my property. Very, very courteous!
