We ordered 12 windows and 3 doors. 10 of the windows were installed yesterday. The installation crew were a team of four Mongolians with only one with good English. We ended up with a good, not perfect, install
as I had to stay on top of them all day to ensure insulation and caulking was up to my standard (code). I had to get them to re-install two windows that when I checked them they were not level. Fortunately they had not been permanately installed. The lack of English was a real issue and if I had not been there or not watching every step the result would have been different. Four of our screens also had some brown in the frame and were not all white but that should be an easy fix when I contact the service department. It was a rainy day yesterday and in spite of the tarps we have quite a mud mess outside and in our front entrance but they did clean up our main floor and basement reasonably well.
