Expect lots of dust and some drywall damage as windows on 2nd floor are removed from within vs removed from exterior.
Installers didn't test windows for opening. service to return and fix most not opening easily.
Windows exterior capping/glass was not cleaned after install, left for home owner. installers/CS reps were great!
8/10 overall. Pricing was good, great warranty!
Windows were in ER rating for rebates.
