Nordik windows - terrible quality
BUYER BEWARE!!
Do not use NORDIK windows at all costs.
They’re product does not live up to its quality, and the customer service is non-existent.
WINDOWS ARE LEAKING AIR TO OUTSIDE, CAUSING ICE AND FROST BUILD UP
9.5 months for installation, and now I have to deal with defective windows, multiple times!
Nordik completely disappears, no communication, no update on fixing defective windows, until sales guy contacts us looking for approval to finalize financing. (No chance until situation is fixed) having my deposit is too much already.
I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Your concerns are valid, we had our technician at your home last week to assess the issue and we have ordered the replacement parts to correct this. We are sorry that it will take a couple of weeks to get the parts and that they are required in the first place.
