They went through all the details & processes with me during their whole time spent here. They showed me the before & after of the return grills. They showed me all the dirt / dust that came through our HVAC system on a temporary filter they used for one part of the cleaning process. I was amazed at how much dirty WAS in our ducts & now OUT. This is a quality company which also provided me additional knowledge.
We went with the Gold package which was reasonably priced as it included all the items that needed attention. They offered exactly what we required.
They called to find out if they could arrive earlier. They were very friendly & courteous to the whole family. Great customer service overall.
