All Pro Renovations

Where do I start! Our experience with All Pro Renovations was beyond our expectations. Jonathan and his team were wonderful to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a spectacular job from a trustworthy business.

Our master bathroom renovation turned out absolutely beautiful! The renovation consisted of a complete gut of our existing shower, vanity, floor and tub surround. We chose to re-use our tub and toilet. We also replaced our single sink vanity with a double sink and added an extra light fixture and electrical outlet to the additional sink.

From the initial consultation right to the final day of installations and finishes, Jonathan took into consideration every detail. He is a wonderful individual and made sure he communicated every aspect of the job to us. When issues came up (as they do in many renovations), Jonathan made sure to provide us with multiple options for solutions and compromises that still kept with our vision for the final product. We could not be happier! Jonathan was very personable and we enjoyed our chats with him.

The All Pro team were all polite, punctual and hard working. The team takes extra care to ensure that their presence in your home is not overbearing or uncomfortable in any way. They even took the time to greet our dog and made her feel at ease. They laid out drop cloths at the start of each workday and really made sure that our home was as clean as possible after each day. The team vacuumed and kept the mess to a minimum, which is a huge benefit to any homeowner. I can’t express how impressive it was to lock up after them each day and not have to clean up. All Pro understands that the homeowner has to live in their home after they leave and really kept the upheaval to a minimum.

Jonathan uses quality trades whose work is equally as impeccable. His tile, plumbing and glass trades were all respectful of our home and produced quality work. It is easy to see why he trusts these trades with all of his projects. We know other people who have done similar renovations with similar finishes to ours and all have said that ours came out better.

Jonathan did not cut any corners and made sure that we were 100% happy with our finished bathroom before he took his final payment. If there was a single mark on the wall that was unsatisfactory to us, he made sure to fix it. His attention to detail and consideration to customer service was amazing. You can really tell that he takes pride in his work and pride in his business. We will not hesitate to hire Jonathan again for our next renovation and we recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a reputable and fair contractor.
