I am writing to express how overjoyed I am with Monarchy roofing and the buying process.

As well as a number of other steel roofing companies, I discovered Monarchy roofing at a fall home show. Even though everyone dutifully took my information, I observed most of the representatives eyes glaze over when I expressed I was looking to move forward in the spring.
Not so with Monarchy roofing, who was first in being only of two companies to provide a rough quote by email shortly after the show.

The crew discovered that my facia board was perhaps rotten. Even though it delayed the project, instead of covering it up, they brought it to my attention for me to be able to make a decision on. I would have never known had it simply been covered up.

When it was time to replace my roof, I researched many different companies and found Monarchy Roofing to be the most professional, reasonable, and efficient. Kevin is an engineer and Ryerson grad - look him up on LinkedIn. He arrived at my home with an immediate quote based on dimensions estimated from a satellite image. And he educated me as the customer about the steel gauge and product source as well as the construction and benefits.
Be aware that the construction crew is separate - but they worked safely (harness) and did a 99% cleanup of the site when finished. - - Highly recommended
