We moved to a condo after 45 years in a family home. Plettl Construction gutted the forty-year-old suite and updated everything--plumbing, electrical, appliances, floor plan. We are very happy with the result despite delays in construction due to Covid-19 and no access to suppliers' showrooms. Quite the miracle! Well done Plettl Construction!

Within our high-rise Condominium our renovation consisted of removing a wall between the kitchen and living room, adding a fireplace with a feature wall which is so beautiful, new flooring throughout the home, new lighting throughout, complete condo paint job, removing stipple ceiling, new tiled showers, and transformed the smaller bedroom to an office, having the built-in closet converted to an area for the bookcase.
We are extremely pleased with our condo renovation with all work done of superior quality and very much to our satisfaction!
Any revisions that we added to the original contract were honored and handled in a timely manner. All condo rules and COVID related health regulations were adhered to.

Tony is extremely professional in his approach to a project. His work is very good, and his sub trades are excellent. We made some changes as the project progressed, and he dealt with them in stride with no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend him.

We engaged Plettl Construction in July 2019 to revamp our condo that required extensive renovations, including but not limited to the following:
• New Kitchen layout
• New on-suite bathroom
• New main bathroom
• New floors through out the house
• New master bedroom layout
 
During the construction of this project several unforeseen challenges involving coordination of other trades and the existing infrastructure of the home required Plettl Construction to develop creative solutions.  We are especially appreciative of the extra effort that they took to build the new kitchen and the on-suite bathroom for the master bedroom.

Throughout the project, Michelle and Tony demonstrated excellent communication skills, worked as an effective team and exhibited good management of sub-trades.

The quality and workmanship provided by Plettl Construction and their trades was exceptional.  The project was successfully completed on time and on budget.

The project transformed the whole main floor into a very modern open space. A structural wall was removed, and steel beams completely inserted inside the existing ceiling. New cabinets, new counters, new appliances, new plumbing, new electrical, and a very spacious and functional new pantry were installed. Where once there were separate and cramped dining room and kitchen, the whole space is now open, including a very large kitchen, integrated island and dining space, and adjacent fully open living room. In addition, the whole main floor has new hardwood flooring. All walls and the textured ceiling were painted. The whole process, including design, was very collaborative. The project was exactly on schedule and on budget. We are extremely happy with the quality and professionalism, including that of the sub-contractors. We got exactly what we were looking for and more. I would highly recommend Plettl Construction to anyone in the market for even complex renovations. We have an awesome kitchen and open main floor. The pictures don't do it justice. We will update the photos once new full size fridge and freezer, as well as dining room table, chairs and stools arrive.

Top notch work by Tony and his various subcontractors. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Tony has suggestions and can solve sticky problems. The project turned out beautifully! It involved demolition, painting, vinyl flooring, carpeting, plumbing, electrical, tiling and working with a third party cabinet company. He and his son even helped move furniture. You might need to wait to hear from Tony, but his company is worth the wait. Did I mention: we thought his pricing was very reasonable.

I cannot recommend Plettl Construction enough. They far exceeded our expectations. From the first initial meeting with Tony and Michelle and onwards I was so impressed. The amount of time they invested in our project even before we signed the contract and through the entire project was incredible. Tony and Michelle were amazing to work with and completed our project on time and under budget. Due to Covid 19 we unfortunately had to be home during the renovation much more than we had planned. Tony made the transition as easy as possible. We were amazed at how fast he worked and the cleanliness he left the construction area each day. Tony is incredibly detailed and we could not be happier in the final result of our project. Michelle has an incredible eye for design. She took our vision and made it a perfect reality. We could not be more thankful for finding such amazing people.

I'm thrilled with my kitchen. Michelle provided great design choices, helped with selecting appliances and fixtures which all came together beautifully. Tony keep the project on track, skilled work, and contractors and delivered on the original stated timeline, while open to adding additional work to extend flooring into living room (which was not in scope from the original job).

Excellent, absolutely no concerns, project completed exactly as we had planned with a very high standard of workmanship. Great attention to detail to ensure everything was perfect. Patient, professional and trust worthy. Would certainly recommend and work with again on future projects.
