Within our high-rise Condominium our renovation consisted of removing a wall between the kitchen and living room, adding a fireplace with a feature wall which is so beautiful, new flooring throughout the home, new lighting throughout, complete condo paint job, removing stipple ceiling, new tiled showers, and transformed the smaller bedroom to an office, having the built-in closet converted to an area for the bookcase. We are extremely pleased with our condo renovation with all work done of superior quality and very much to our satisfaction! Any revisions that we added to the original contract were honored and handled in a timely manner. All condo rules and COVID related health regulations were adhered to.
