I started this process prior to the events of COVID. Michael has been amazing throughout this process from start to finish. Michael kept me informed, provided suggestions and kept to promised timelines discussed. On the day of installation George and Ryan came on time and worked all day to install a new front door, side entrance and 3 basement windows. They were efficient and cleaned up and left my property looking better then before they came. I will be recommending Amica to those that ask or that I know are looking for a great overall experience. I needed a widow and patio door he was fast & curious.
No mess left behind.

Has two exterior doors installed by Amica. Both doors are beautiful and sleek and exactly what we expected in terms of style. Quality of dismantling the old doors and installation was mediocre however was able to be covered up by the finished product. Back door requires more effort to close than other doors but our installer couldn’t do anything about it. Overall satisfied with the front door installation.

We had an old decrepit door that was stained yellow due to cigarette smoke (old owners). It was also in an awkward spot in the corner of the house which made for trim being tricky.

Michael provides us with a great quote and was willing to work with us to fit our budget.

George did a great job installing the door. He was very neat and cleaned up The work area when he was done.

Mike and his team provided a competitive quote and took the time to answer my many questions. His team were on time for the quote, measurements, and for the actual install itself. Mike took the time to visit on the actual install date to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amica for all your door and window needs.

I had a fire in my house and my insurance company wasn’t willing to work with me to get me marching windows to replace the ones that caught fire. Called AMICA and got mike. Who was very professional and helpful and took the time to ensure the windows I wanted that were going to be replaced would match.

Everything was perfect from ordering to install.

Mike even took the time to see our windows make the measurement and help us with financing until we could figure out if the insurance would cover it or not.

Overall best company to work with and mike was always constantly answering my phone calls or even if he was busy took the time to text me later even after hours.

I would go with this company again if I were to replace the bottom floor windows of my house.

I recently had a new exterior kitchen door installed by Amica Windows & Doors Inc. Michael, the owner, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He provided extensive information about the types of doors and locks available and answered my numerous questions about the installation process in a very timely and patient manner. The installers, George and Ryan, were very courteous, punctual and professional. They did a great job, especially since the door installation was somewhat complicated because my house is very old and the floors are not fully leveled. It was a real pleasure to work with this company. From the beginning of the ordering process to the door installation at the end, Michael and his crew were reliable, professional and demonstrated great people and customer service skills. I highly recommend Amica Windows & Doors and will use their services again.

We had all the windows (and one door) in our 1910 house replaced with new retrofit triple pane windows. It has made a huge difference.

The service was amazing. Michael was constantly in touch, from ordering through installation. He came to the house on three separate occasions to walk us through the project and inspect it at the end. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

Gjergj (George), the installer, was professional and did a fabulous job. He really takes pride in his work. Given the age and difficulty of an older home he went above and beyond.

I found Amica Windows & Doors on HomeStars - the reviews are accurate - I am extremely happy with the result (and I don’t say that often!).

Michael has my front door replaced after it was broken into during a renovation. My previous door was pretty new and Michael went out of his way to help me even telling me to drop off the damaged door to him so I could save some money by reusing the glass in the existing damaged door.

Would definitely use Amica again!
