We’ve been very impressed with the service and quality of work provided by Michael and his team. During COVID Michael continually kept us up to date regarding the project’s start date, and once our new door was available, immediately made plans to install. Contractors and installers were always punctual and left the site in better shape then when they arrived. We were also very impressed with the level of detail in the original proposal - we knew exactly what was required for a quality install. I would definitely recommend Amica Windows and Doors.

Michael and his team have been nothing but the absolute best to work with! He sat down with me and went over every aspect of the project and answered any and all questions I had. When the windows and doors arrived and were ready for install, Michael had his installer George come and get everything in place. From the moment he showed up to the moment he left, George was professional and did fantastic work! Amica is a great company and Michael pours his heart and soul into it!

Michael was professional, informative, a great listener and called me first, when the City allowed business to operate again, so I appreciated that forward thought. My new triple glaze door is really beautiful and well insulated for noise and heat reduction and brightens up the whole space inside and out. Alex installed the door and was professional, personal, focused and detail oriented and patient with my interest and questions and after examining the finished job added more screws to the framework to make me more comfortable with it's security against the elements. It's your responsibility (the customer) to ensure the paperwork is accurate so I'd advise reading it over as there was a computer glitch that changed the paperwork in error...but we caught that. I will definitely recommend Amica and Michael to any future prospects. I'm already telling neighbours.

I started this process prior to the events of COVID. Michael has been amazing throughout this process from start to finish. Michael kept me informed, provided suggestions and kept to promised timelines discussed. On the day of installation George and Ryan came on time and worked all day to install a new front door, side entrance and 3 basement windows. They were efficient and cleaned up and left my property looking better then before they came. I will be recommending Amica to those that ask or that I know are looking for a great overall experience.
