This was a very small one shingle replacement job when the roofer was in the area repairing wind damages.
We noticed the crew rested their ladder on our gutter and the gutter started to leak in the next rain fall at the joint where the crew climbed up and down. This could be a coincident or could be a damage created by the crew when they climbed up and down at that exact same location. We simply asked questions and asked the owner to look into it. The owner rejected any responsibility and refused to look into it unless we pay an inspection fee... If you are looking for after sale service, take note of this experience.
